Subscription Level 

Level I:

  • Costs nothing to try it out.
  • Pick and choose the titles. Easy as that and we’ll do the rest.
  • Free bags and boards to keep your comics in pristine condition.
Level II: 
  • For avid collectors and serious fans ready to level up, this option is for subscription of 10 or more titles.
  • Added perk of 10% discount on all subscription titles.
  • Level II subscribers also receive the option of free monthly shipping within the continental US. Perfect for those distant customers looking for a subscription service.

Billing and Payment

Flexible Payment Options
We accept a wide variety of payment methods to make your experience as convenient as possible, including:

    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • PayPal
    • Shop Pay
    • Easy Payment Plan


Weekly Invoicing
Customers will receive weekly invoices for the titles and issues scheduled for release on New Comic Book Wednesday. Invoices are sent via email every Friday, so be sure to check your inbox (and your spam folder!) for updates. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact us immediately.

Payment Methods
You have the flexibility to pay your invoice either online or in-store upon pickup. Additionally, customers may choose to carry over their invoice for a maximum of 60 days or when balance reaches $250.

Account Management
Accounts that carry a balance past 60 days will receive two notices. If payment or a payment arrangement is not made by that time, the account will be deemed inactive. All titles and issues within the subscription will be released back into inventory, and any discounts will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that you are still responsible for any outstanding invoices to maintain good standing with our service.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us so we can assist you
